What are your exercise mats made from?
Our mats are thoughtfully crafted with the environment in mind. The base layer of our mats is made from 100% natural tree rubber, a biodegradable material that provides durability and grip for your practice.

The top layer, designed for superior performance, is made from microfiber. While microfiber is not biodegradable, it is selected for its durability and enhanced grip, which extends the life of the mat and reduces the need for frequent replacements—a key component of sustainable design.

How do you select the artwork for each design?
We work with Australian contemporary artists to develop each collection. We seek original fine art that demonstrates a high quality of conceptual and technical rigor and promotes a recent or new body of work for the artist. You can find out more about submitting an EOI here.

Are yogat mats only for yoga?
With a yogat mat anyone can add a touch of style to their work out! Finished with a cushioning layer of microfiber, they are ideal for hot yoga and Bikram but are also perfect for Pilates, weight training, meditation or simply rolled out on your bedroom floor for the cat to lounge on!

How much do your yoga mats weigh?
Our mats weight 2.5kg. Each mat includes a black cotton carry strap, making them ideal for yogis on the go.

Do you offer Afterpay?
We sure do. We also accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal.

Do you do pre-sale?
Yes, we sure do. Keep an eye out via our newsletter or social media accounts for release details.

I missed out on the mat I wanted.  Can you notify me when it’s back in stock?
All our mats are limited edition, so if you see a design you love; grab it before it sells out.

The print on my mat looks different from the original artwork?
Most of our designs are created from a segment of the original artwork. This is because the work selected has not been created to the dimensions required for a yoga mat. We also work closely with our suppliers to ensure our mat designs are as close to the original artwork as possible, however, due to the printing process, microfiber finish and natural dyes, colour tones and textures may vary slightly.

How much is shipping and where do you deliver?
In most cases we offer free delivery on orders over $150 anywhere in Australia, unless a promotion states otherwise. Shipping rates will vary for international locations.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. We aim to get your order out within 24 hours and you'll receive a tracking link directly to your inbox.

Can I amend my order?
If you have ordered your mat before it hits the post, you are welcome to change your order via email at hello@yogat.com.au or send us a message via the chat box.

If you change your mind once your mat arrives, please email us immediately for the return address and then return unopened within 14 days and we will arrange a credit.

• We will not be responsible for the postal cost to return the item.
• Proof of purchase required.
