Georgie Dunn
Georgie Dunn is a 26 year old emerging artist currently based on beautiful Magnetic Island in tropical North Queensland. She is continually experimenting and further developing her style, which is quite versatile. She tends to bounce between drawing circles in a kind of meditative and open state, and then free flowing watercolours, adding layers of various other mediums to through the process.
She grew up in two different places. The initial being rural NT, wandering barefoot and free in the red dirt and swimming in water holes and rivers. And later, swapping the bush for beaches and palm trees on Magnetic Island.
Georgie says she's most happiest when fully immersed in nature. Her craft providing a spiritual and emotional outlet which can been seen through her work.
