What does the design process look like?
We start with a collaborative discovery phase where we explore your brand identity, colour palette (in CMYK), and any existing artwork you'd like us to incorporate. You can supply your own high-resolution files (300 DPI) in PDF or AI formats.
Prefer to tap into something fresh? You can also select from our portfolio of White Label Artists — we can apply an existing design, or discuss a bespoke artwork commission (POA).
You’ll receive two rounds of artwork iterations included to help refine your vision. Once the design is finalised, we move into test prints for approval — a key step, as colours and textures can appear differently when printed onto textiles.
How long does the process take?
The typical timeline, depending volumes, is 4–6 weeks:

We ship with trusted door-to-door logistics partners, with a 30-day shipping timeline from dispatch.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 20 units, ideal for boutique runs or mindful launches.
For orders of 100+ units, we offer manufacturer discounts.
For 500+ units, we can also customise a fully branded box — a beautiful, elevated presentation to match your vision. POA.
Can I customise the packaging?
Yes — packaging is part of your story. We can create a custom, on-brand bellyband to wrap your product with care and intention.
Orders of 500+ units unlock the option for a custom branded box — tailored to your design aesthetic and sustainably sourced.
Can you help with the artwork?
Absolutely. You have a few options:

All designs include two revision rounds and a test print to ensure you're in love with the final result.
Do you offer samples?
We don’t offer pre-production samples, but we do provide a trade discount, giving you the flexibility to purchase directly from our website at a reduced rate. This is a great way to experience our product quality firsthand before committing to a white label order.
Do you offer co-branding for events or collaborations?
Yes, we love collaborating. If you're planning an event or limited-edition release, talk to us about co-branding opportunities. We offer partnership rates to support meaningful collaborations with aligned brands and creatives.
What about sustainability?
Every white label product reflects the same values as our own collection: ethically made, low-impact, and crafted to last. We use eco-conscious materials, ethical manufacturing practices, and minimal waste packaging wherever possible.
Who handles shipping?
We do. We partner with reliable, door-to-door shipping services for both domestic and international deliveries. Shipping typically takes 30 days from dispatch. We’ll keep you informed throughout so you’re never in the dark.
