Olivia Steel is a self taught artist and aspiring designer based on the beautiful Coffs Coast. She creates minimal and intentional art that is heavily inspired by nature, design and architecture, with florals being her current obsession.
Her pieces combine simplistic floral shapes with muted and calming colour palettes.
Olivia strikes a balance between intentional composition and lines, and fluid movement. Her pieces either have a strong focus on detailed and intricate linework, or an abstract and paired back design. Her aim, to portray the simple beauty within such complex and unique creations, whether it’s in humans or nature.
Since early 2020, Olivia's art has been sold through Jumbled in Orange and more recently, The Block Shop.
